Who provides UrXpert

UrXpert is provided by Motivasean Coaching Team LLC, San Diego, California. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean the company. You must be 18 or older to use UrXpert.

What UrXpert is

UrXpert is a personal AI advisor. You build your advisor through a conversation, and it helps you keep track of what matters to you. It can also write to you each morning, by email or, if you choose, by text message.

Text messages

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring informational text messages from UrXpert, operated by Motivasean Coaching Team LLC, at the mobile number you provide. These are a short morning message from your advisor, a welcome message when you opt in, and replies to HELP and STOP. You'll get up to 1 message a day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help. You can also contact us at support@urxpert.app. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text messages are optional, and you don't need to opt in to use UrXpert. If you don't, your advisor's morning messages come to you by email.

Participation is subject to our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service.

What UrXpert is not

Your advisor is an AI, not a person. It is not therapy, medical care, or legal, tax, or financial advice, and it can make mistakes. If you need any of those, please work with a licensed professional.

No promises about results

We can't promise any particular result. What you do with your advisor's suggestions is your decision.

Your account

Please keep your sign-in details private and use UrXpert for yourself. We may suspend or end your access if you use UrXpert to threaten, abuse, or harm others, or if you break these terms.

Your information

How we handle your information is set out on the Privacy Policy page. To ask us to delete your information, email support@urxpert.app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
